A brief should remain private.
SAS VotreBarman.com is the controller of information submitted through the Vin d’Honneur first brief.
Information collected
The form asks for a name or studio, email address, place, date or season, approximate guest count and a short description of the intended guest feeling. The website does not create an account and does not store the brief in a website database. It sends the brief by email to the authorised commercial team.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to understand the project, answer the request, assess feasibility and prepare a proposal. This processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at the request of the person submitting the form.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised VotreBarman.com personnel and the technical providers required for hosting and email delivery. The information is not sold.
Retention
A non-client enquiry may be retained for up to three years from the collection date or the last meaningful contact from the prospect. If a contract is concluded, information required for the commercial, accounting or legal relationship may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
Cookies and audience measurement
At launch, this website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement trackers.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions provided by law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your information by writing to commercial@votrebarman.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
